Superintendent – Industrial & Manufacturing Construction

Location: United States | Nationwide Travel Highly Preferred

• Leading national General Contractor seeking Superintendents to deliver large-scale industrial projects throughout the United States. Opportunities are available for candidates with developing field leadership experience through seasoned Superintendents.

Requirements:

• 5+years of successful field leadership experience in complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction

• Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination

• Understanding of complex MEP and process systems

• Ability to coordinate inspections, project documentation, commissioning and phased turnover

• Strong technical construction and field problem-solving skills

• Open to nationwide travel assignments
