Ready to put your civil engineering degree to work? Ciorba Group is looking for an enthusiastic entry level Civil Engineer to join our Construction Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a December 2026 or May 2027 graduate to build a strong foundation in transportation engineering while working alongside experienced professionals.

You’ll contribute to a variety of transportation-related projects, gaining hands-on experience with projects of different sizes and levels of complexity. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals across multiple disciplines, expand your technical skills, and learn from engineers who are invested in your growth.

Construction engineers are based in the Greater Chicago area. At Ciorba, we value collaboration, mentorship, and creating an environment where early-career engineers can ask questions, take on new challenges, and develop their careers.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 0–2 years of civil engineering experience
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on multidisciplinary projects
• Experience with CADD and discipline-specific engineering software is a plus
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
