Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere (overseas candidates welcome)

Type: Full-time or part-time flexible

Compensation: $25/hour starting wage

About the Role

huzle.com is looking for a hands-on Technical Manager who can bridge the gap between our technical work, clients, and sales team. You’ll occasionally interface directly with clients, translate technical capabilities into clear business value, and give the sales team practical insights that help close deals. This is a hybrid technical + client-facing role that rewards people who can both build and communicate.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical point of contact for clients when needed (demos, technical discussions, scoping)


• Support the sales team with product knowledge, technical feasibility, and competitive insights


• Contribute hands-on to video editing and software development work


• Help shape technical messaging so it’s accurate, compelling, and sales-ready


• Handle the QA/QC of other team members' projects


• Collaborate across time zones while maintaining clear, professional English communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in software development (you can write, review, and discuss code confidently)


• Solid skills in video editing (you can produce or improve video content for product demos, marketing, or client deliverables)


• Fluent spoken and written English


• Comfortable talking to clients and translating technical details into business benefits


• Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote setup


• Bonus: previous experience supporting sales or working in a client-facing technical role
