We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on contract enforcement and dispute resolution. This role combines traditional corporate legal work with a strong emphasis on protecting company interests through demand letters, collections, and proactive legal action. You'll work on both transactional matters and enforcement-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and send cease and desist letters, demand letters, and notices to enforce contractual obligations and protect company rights
• Manage payment enforcement and collections matters, including negotiating resolutions with non-paying parties
• Handle contract disputes, breaches, and other business-related legal issues
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with attention to enforceability and risk management

Requirements:

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
• 2-3 years of corporate law experience at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bar admission in good standing; business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary
