Pain Medicine Physician

Keystone Pain Consultants is a well-established, reputable independent pain management practice serving patients throughout the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania region. We are seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to join our growing team.

Our practice currently consists of two physicians and four experienced Physician Assistants, supported by an established clinical and administrative team. We have locations in the Pittsburgh/South Hills area and Washington, PA, providing convenient access to a large and established patient population.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is looking to join a successful, established practice while maintaining a high degree of clinical autonomy and working alongside an experienced team.

We are seeking a physician with substantial experience in interventional pain management who is comfortable independently evaluating and treating patients and performing a broad range of pain procedures.

The ideal candidate will be confident performing procedures including, but not limited to:

• Epidural steroid injections


• Facet joint injections


• Medial branch blocks


• Radiofrequency ablation


• Joint injections


• Trigger point injections


• Selective nerve root blocks


• Other fluoroscopy-guided and interventional pain procedures

Experience with a broad range of interventional pain techniques is highly desirable.

The physician will have the opportunity to build upon an established referral base and patient population, with strong support from our existing team of experienced APPs.

Competitive base salary of $300,000–$400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with additional bonus and performance incentive opportunities.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, procedural expertise, and other relevant factors.

The ideal candidate will be:

• MD or DO


• Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine


• Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine and/or an appropriate primary specialty


• Experienced in interventional pain management


• Comfortable performing a broad range of fluoroscopic and injection-based procedures


• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania


• Comfortable managing both procedural and non-procedural aspects of comprehensive pain care


• Patient-focused, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care


• Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative physician and APP team
