Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Operations

Starting Pay:$27/hour

Schedule: Full-time, starting at 30 paid hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Tuesday: 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

Thursday: Off

Potential to increase to 34 or more paid hours per week over time, depending on the practice’s needs and your availability.

Madalian Wellness is an established, family-run healthcare practice that has served the Wayne community from the same location for 38 years. Led by Dr. Henry Madalian, our Clinic Director and chiropractor, the practice is built around helping patients through holistic, drug-free, hands-on care.

We are growing and looking for a sharp, reliable, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become a long-term part of our team.

We are looking for someone who can help run the day, stay ahead of details, manage many moving pieces, communicate warmly with patients, and keep the office operating at a high standard.

The right person is responsible, hard-working, detail-oriented, and serious about building a stable long-term position inside a growing family business. We are especially looking for someone who appreciates and supports holistic, drug-free healthcare and wants to be part of a practice that helps patients improve their quality of life without relying on a medication-first approach.

What You’ll Do

You will help manage the daily patient experience and front-office operations, including:

• Preparing the schedule, patient flow, and office priorities before the day begins


• Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence


• Coordinating appointments, schedule updates, reminders, and patient communication


• Keeping internal patient coordination systems organized and accurate


• Supporting patient paperwork, records, forms, and administrative documentation


• Helping maintain accurate payment, account, and billing-related information


• Communicating with internal team members and outside administrative partners as needed


• Supporting insurance-related information gathering and patient account checks


• Keeping daily tasks, follow-ups, and office priorities moving without details falling through the cracks


• Helping create a calm, organized, high-trust experience for every patient who walks through the door


• Answering phones and helping new patient inquiries get handled promptly

Experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, physical therapy office, dental office, med spa, concierge service, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment is a plus. However, the most important qualities are work ethic, organization, communication, ownership, and consistency.
