The Adam Lee District Office is looking for motivated professionals ready to launch a new Farmers Insurance agency through the Retail Agency Program. This opportunity is designed for people with the drive, leadership skills, and financial readiness to build an agency from the ground up.

You bring the ambition. Farmers provides access to training, business resources, and coaching to help you turn your plan into an operating agency.

As an agency owner, you’ll:

• Build a local client base by helping individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance needs


• Develop referral relationships and a marketing strategy for your community


• Recruit, lead, and develop your agency team


• Manage sales, customer service, retention, and daily business operations


• Set growth goals and take responsibility for your agency’s results

You’ll have access to Farmers training, guidance from local district leadership, and bonus opportunities for eligible owners. You’ll also have the opportunity to build a business with lasting value.

We’d like to connect with candidates who bring:

• Success in sales, management, business ownership, or another role requiring initiative and relationship building


• Strong communication skills, follow-through, and a willingness to learn


• Access to liquid capital for startup and operating expenses


• Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or the ability to obtain them before appointment


• The ability to meet Farmers financial, background, and appointment requirements

This is an agency ownership opportunity. Revenue comes from commissions and eligible incentives, and owner income depends on agency performance and business expenses. We’ll discuss financial qualifications and program details during the initial conversation.
