Leveraged Finance Associate Attorney

An AmLaw50 firm and repeat client is seeking a midlevel leveraged finance associate. The associate will have the opportunity to join a nationally recognized team representing sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3–5 years of leveraged finance or acquisition finance experience


• Drafting and negotiating definitive loan documentation


• Comfort running workstreams and coordinating closings independently
