The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product / Delivery Lead to shape and drive our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This is a hybrid product and delivery role: you will own solutioning from idea to rollout, coordinate vendors and partners, and keep business and technology stakeholders aligned. This is an individual contributor position, not a people-management role, embedded in the Security organization and supporting multiple engineering and security teams.

What You'll Do

• Own product solutioning for IAM capabilities, turning business and security needs into clear requirements, roadmaps and delivery plans


• Coordinate vendors and implementation partners, including scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables


• Manage stakeholders across Security, Technology and the business, keeping communication clear, timely and customer-centric


• Track progress, risks, dependencies and adoption, and report status to leadership


• Partner with architects and engineers so solutions are practical, secure and scalable


• Keep learning how identity and security practices are evolving, including the impact of AI

What You'll Bring

• Experience in product management, technical program management or delivery leadership, ideally in a security or enterprise technology environment


• Working familiarity with cybersecurity at a functional level (not deeply technical) and fluency in IAM terms such as SSO, MFA, PAM and identity lifecycle management


• Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party partners


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• A customer-centric, curious mindset and a genuine willingness to learn


• Comfort with Agile delivery and working across multiple teams

Nice to Have

• Background in media, entertainment or streaming


• Experience with IAM platforms or programs (workforce identity, access governance, zero trust)


• Exposure to security frameworks or compliance requirements


• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Engagement Details

• Contract role


• Fully remote within the United States; Security Organization


• Target start: Q4 2026


• Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour

Interview Process

A one-hour technical interview with the two team leads.
