Salary: $52,000–$65,000

Intrex is looking for an unusually versatile, organized and friendly person who wants to build a career across technology, customer experience and business operations.

We develop technology that helps senior-living communities protect residents, support caregivers and operate more effectively. Our Rythmos platform brings together nurse call, fall detection, wander management, location technology, connected devices and operational intelligence.

This is an early-career opportunity with a broad range of responsibilities. Professional experience is welcome but not required, and a college degree is not necessary. We care more about initiative, learning speed, customer-service ability and follow-through than traditional credentials.

What you’ll do

• Help customers and distributors get answers and ensure their issues reach completion.
• Gather information and logically troubleshoot technical and operational questions.
• Support sales with research, presentations, proposals and customer-meeting preparation.
• Use AI tools to conduct research and create useful materials while independently checking accuracy.
• Create product guides, training materials, checklists and internal documentation.
• Help prepare, organize, configure and validate equipment for customer installations.
• Test connected devices and software features and document the results.
• Identify inefficient processes and help develop better workflows.
• Contribute to special projects across customer success, implementation, product and operations.

Relevant experience can come from employment, internships, school projects, volunteering, clubs, athletics, technical hobbies or personal projects.

Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, technical support, campus IT, inventory, event coordination, student leadership or sales support may all translate well to this position.

The base salary range is $52,000–$65,000 per year. The final offer will reflect demonstrated capabilities, directly relevant experience and the responsibilities the selected candidate is prepared to own. Formal role and compensation reviews at six and twelve months.
