This is not a traditional HR role. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can translate business priorities into a high-impact workforce strategy across a multi-site, multi-state platform.

As SVP of Human Resources, you will partner directly with executive leadership, operations, and finance to align people, performance, and growth. You'll lead efforts across physician and staff recruiting, retention, leadership development, and the people side of integration as we continue to scale.

You will build and refine the infrastructure that enables our practices to thrive — from compensation and performance management to engagement and culture — while maintaining the local identity that makes each practice successful.
