Green Key Resources is working with a growing organization to identify an HR professional who can provide hands-on HR support while helping implement a new HRIS platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, evolving environment and has experience supporting HR operations in a startup or growing organization. The initial assignment is expected to be approximately six months, with potential for the role to convert to a permanent position.

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS, with a focus on Rippling
• Serve as a resource for employees, responding to day-to-day HR questions and requests
• Provide general HR administrative and operational support
• Help organize and improve HR processes as the organization continues to scale
• Create and document SOPs, procedures, and HR process guides
• Assist with maintaining accurate employee and HRIS records
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are clear, consistent, and efficient
• Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve the employee experience
• Take on additional HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed
• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist capacity
• Hands-on experience with Rippling is required
• Experience supporting xevrcyc an HRIS implementation or rollout
• Previous experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to handle employee questions with professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable creating SOPs and building processes from the ground up
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
