A leading global law firm is seeking experienced Associates (up to counsel level) (4+ years of experience) to join its rapidly expanding Finance practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex financing transactions and credit arrangements and will be eager to take on significant responsibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of finance experience at a major law firm
• Experience with complex lending transactions and credit facilities
• Admission to the New York Bar and good standing
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
