Role Description The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jupiter, FL, responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and fluid checks. The technician will work on suspension components, brakes, and general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure vehicles are safe and operating properly. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate service records, communicating findings and recommendations to service advisors, and following all safety guidelines and shop procedures. The role involves collaborating with other team members, keeping the work area clean and organized, and staying current with industry best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform core vehicle maintenance tasks, including Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes.


• Hands-on experience with Automotive Repair and general Maintenance & Repair of a variety of vehicle makes and models.


• Knowledge of Suspension systems, including inspection, diagnosis, and repair of related components.


• Familiarity with basic diagnostic tools and equipment, and the ability to interpret repair manuals and technical documentation.


• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.


• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced shop environment.


• Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic; relevant certifications (ASE or equivalent) are a plus.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to move and test drive vehicles as needed.
