About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to provide Level 2 support across Windows and Mac environments, supporting on-site, remote, and work-from-home users. This is a contract hybrid position.

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Mac devices

• Support on-site, remote sites, and work-from-home computing environments

• Handle day-to-day troubleshooting activities

• Apply an enterprise and strategic mindset to plan, analyze, design, implement, and operate technical solutions

• Resolve complex technical issues quickly, using a fact-based approach that maintains strong relationships

• Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders (especially call center), Technology, and vendor partner leaders

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of call center environments, including applications, portals, telephony, and testing

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

• Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technology processes

• Self-motivated with a drive to identify and deliver the right solutions

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and the Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook

• Working knowledge of connectivity tools (wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix)
