Consulting Solutions Executive

SUMMARY:

The Client Solutions Executive serves the Firm’s project solutions internal and external clients as a trusted partner. Through strategic thinking, account planning, and aggressive opportunity management, work with Territory VP and cross functional teams within Consulting Solutions within assigned client portfolio to win and deliver value-based project engagements. This role requires a growing understanding of the Information Technology (IT) professional services industry and customers’ business, operations, and objectives. Builds solid, profitable relationships with internal and external clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Become a Trusted Partner with assigned territory, across an identified range of internal client account teams.


• Responsible for building and executing account strategies and plans in a team-selling environment.


• Lead technical and business conversations, presentations, and negotiations with client Managers, Directors and Executives.


• Partnering with assigned Territory VP and Practice Leaders to build complex project win strategies, solutions, and proposals.


• Manage negotiations for complex deals and contracts.


• Managing personal sales pipeline through forecasting, account strategy, planning, and opportunity management.


• Mentoring field account teams in solution sales methods and solution opportunity management.


• Build, grow and enhance project portfolio by achieving high revenue growth, margin and booking targets.


• Selling IT Professional Services within Applications, Data, Analytics and Integration Services, in support of client daily operations and Digital/Business Transformation initiatives.

KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:

• Track record of selling progressively complex staffing projects, demonstrable ability to partner in mining and growing market and enterprise accounts.


• Experience selling business applications, workforce, integration, data or analytic staffing or solutions to prospective and existing clients.


• Familiar with the IT Staffing industry, preferably selling solutions from within a staffing or professional services industry provider.


• 5 years or more of total professional experience with 3-5 years of experience in IT Staffing or Solution Sales.


• Experience in complex client opportunity management in IT Staffing or Solutions environments.


• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of client opportunities across the full sales lifecycle.


• Demonstrate the ability to reposition Kforce as a client-partner to serve above and beyond the normal staffing engagement model.


• Proven ability to grow assigned account portfolio or territory more than company’s growth, expanding margins.


• Thrives as a self-starter and entrepreneur but also knows how to drive a diverse, cross functional team towards a common goal.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related service/business experience with 3-5 years of dedicated IT Staffing or Solutions sales experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Client Outbound visits at least 50%.


• Must have reliable transportation which affords timely travel to client sites or airports within assigned territory.
