Territory Sales Manager - Mountain West

Eversys North America is looking for a motivated and inspiring person to join our winning sales team in a Regional Sales Manager capacity.

Eversys was founded in 2009 with the vision to make the highest quality coffee accessible anywhere, via technology and automation. Today, Eversys is found in airport lounges, offices, specialty cafes and even robotic kiosks.

This position is for a Regional Sales Manager in the Mountain West region. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen that is focused on results, paired with a general understanding of the coffee and commercial beverage equipment industry. Our salespeople should have a self-starter mindset with a balanced focus on closing business and cultivating strong relationships.

Location: Washington, Oregon or Colorado preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to target clients and close inbound leads.


• Schedule setup and perform equipment demonstrations.


• Use market data, company sales strategy and market feedback to deliver on annual sales targets.


• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports for your region.


• Interacting with and making sales calls to key decision-makers and influencers including coffee roasters, distributors, corporate clients, and end-users.


• Maintain a pulse on the regional marketplace and provide feedback on the performance of the sales strategy in your region.


• Assist or lead on larger corporate sales projects as determined by senior management.


• Represent Eversys at various industry trade shows and events.


• Up to 70% travel within the region.


• Other tasks as required.

Key Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in a full-cycle sales environment


• 3+ years of hitting quota in a B2B outside sales environment


• 5+ years of experience in the commercial food/beverage equipment or adjacent sectors


• 5+ years sales experience, business development and relationship management


• Proficient relationship building, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.


• Technically proficient in GSuite, MS Suite. Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
