• Build, develop, and lead high-performing software engineering teams

• Ensure the reliability, maintainability, security, scalability, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with Architecture teams to improve application design and technical consistency

• Develop and maintain application lifecycle and technology roadmaps

• Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability

Required

• Modern software development technologies

• Professional software engineering experience

• Experience leading Agile software engineering teams

• Experience with performance optimization and scalability
