An established global manufacturer is seeking a Procurement Manager in Carol Stream, Illinois to develop and execute category strategies, strengthen supplier performance, negotiate strategic agreements, and drive supply continuity and cost optimization initiatives.

Candidates Must Have:

• Must have experience sourcing electronic components.
• 10+ years of category management and strategic procurement experience across direct and indirect spend.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Project experience preferred.
