Their mission is to build a forever company while investing in the commercial and industrial skilled trades businesses and then grow them forever. With 64 deals in 6.5 years, they are targeting 22 new partnerships in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Development or Private Equity/ similar investing role
• Strong track record of leading or executing M&A transactions.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and commercial judgment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with business owners and founders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and move quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work in-office in New York City or Denver.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and capital allocation strategy for a ~$300M business with a mandate to exceed $1B by 2031
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close high-quality acquisition opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and founders.
• Partner with operating and business development leaders to execute growth plans.
• Drive disciplined, high-velocity decision-making across M&A and organic growth initiatives.
• Own the investment thesis, deal process, and long-term value creation strategy.
