Technical Sourcer

Job Description: My client is seeking an Engineering Sourcer to identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent to support critical hiring initiatives.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines for high-priority engineering positions. You will also leverage recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.

• Own and execute sourcing strategies across engineering roles, functions, and locations

• Stay current on technical hiring trends and competitive landscapes


• Track and analyze pipeline health, outreach performance, and conversion metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness
