The Castellon Plastic Surgery Center is looking for an experienced patient coordinator to join our practice. The ideal candidate will be able to provide concierge-level service on the first phone call, through consultation and surgery. You must excel at consultative sales and have a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets, preferably in the luxury/high-end market space. We seek sharp, motivated people who are open to learning, are fast on a computer and love to work with people in a sales capacity.

Our office provides the highest standards of patient care and customer service. The successful candidate reflects the high quality of the practice in terms of professional appearance, demeanor, and education. Candidates must have outstanding sales, leadership, organizational, and relationship building skills.

Plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, and/or aesthetic spa practice experience is required. Please do not apply if you have not met these requirements as your application will not be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in a consultative sales role


• Ability to hit 200+ patient contacts per week


• Superb hustle


• Strong organizational and follow-up skills


• Knowledge of in and out-of-network insurance billing +


• Proficient in Word, Outlook & Excel


• Ability to run reports and track data


• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in to assist with additional tasks


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Bachelor’s degree


• This is a full-time position. In addition to base salary there is an opportunity for bonus, with strong 6-figure potential in year one.

Compensation

• Base pay (not including commission structure): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year depending on previous experience


• In addition, a commission structure as a percentage based on closed sales


• If properly motivated, you will easily double, triple, + your base pay

Responsibilities

• This role can be summed up in a simple sentence: “Do whatever it takes to make it easy to become an established patient in our office.”


• As the patient care coordinator, above all else, you will strive to be the most helpful and welcoming person the patient will initially meet


• We accomplish this by creating “Surprise and Delight” moments in every initial patient interaction


• Since you are the patient’s primary point of contact, you want them to feel fully supported and valued throughout the planning of their personalized surgical journey


• Patient onboarding calls


• Respond to emails and live chat (lots of typing)


• Input patient info into our software including Symplast (our Electronic Medical Record)


• Help manage a patient’s experience during their clinic visits


• Help to coordinate operating room schedules and corresponding supplies


• Assist growing the business via community outreach and additional marketing strategies
