The best advisory team in the country is bringing in an experienced Client Services Specialist to provide comprehensive support to two advisors and to own the following accountabilities:

• Provide elite service and communication to clients


• Support the advisor in client meetings and process implementation


• Data maintenance in software solutions


• Action item follow-ups/ Meeting notes


• Problem Identification and Found Money updates


• Insurance applications


• Salesforce opportunity follow through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired


• 3 years of Financial Advisory/Support experience required


• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills


• Ability to multitask


• Experience with eMoney, Salesforce, Excel, and EOS are definite pluses


• Ability to learn quickly and grow within the firm


• Desire to learn and grow within the role, completing certifications and licenses. This role is not a path to becoming an advisor
