A financial services firm is hiring an experienced Application Support Specialist to support trading and non-trading systems, ensuring uptime and driving issue resolution.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve application errors and data issues for business users
• Support ad-hoc reporting, testing, data migration, and system integration
• Track and document issues; communicate status to stakeholders
• Provide occasional off-hours testing support
• Build automation, scripts, and stored procedures

What You Bring

• 5–10 years in application support/development within financial services
• Strong MS SQL Server (stored procedures, views, scripts) and SSRS experience
• Proficiency with web technologies, SDLC, and scripting (PowerShell a plus)
• Job scheduling tool experience a plus
• OMS/trading platform familiarity a plus
