Real Estate Development Analyst

Location: Denver, CO

We are working with a leading real estate investment and development firm seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to join its team in Denver.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate development projects from initial analysis through execution.


• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate development opportunities and investment returns.


• Conduct market, property, and financial analysis to support development decisions.


• Assist with underwriting, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.


• Support due diligence and preparation of investment materials.


• Work closely with senior members of the development and investment teams on active projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, investment, development, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.


• Experience with financial modeling and real estate underwriting.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
