I’m working with a leading residential construction & land development organization on a newly created VP of Finance opportunity in Ocala, FL.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across finance, accounting, FP&A, capital planning, risk/insurance, and financial strategy.

Looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 5+ years in construction, land development, and/or residential homebuilding
• Strong background in high-volume production homebuilding
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and financial modeling
• Executive-level communication and team leadership experience
