Vice President, ABF Investments

Our client is currently hiring a Vice President for their Asset-Based Finance Investments Team based in New York, NY. This role will focus on investing across residential and asset-based finance opportunities, including whole loans and structured products.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and underwrite ABF investment opportunities

• Analyze loan pools, collateral performance, cash flows, and relative value

• Assess pricing, financing, leverage, and securitization opportunities

• Support investments from sourcing through execution and exit

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant investment experience

• Experience across ABF, structured credit, or residential credit

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Understanding of whole loans, structured products, and securitization

• Residential mortgage, Non-QM, or RTL experience is preferred
