Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm has asked us to find a strong associate with private equity debt finance transaction experience. This is a HIGH PRIORITY NEED and a great chance to join an elite firm with an international platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of private equity debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing.

• The practice focuses on sponsors and borrowers, although candidates with lender side experience will be considered.

• This position can sit in NYC, DC, or California.

• Market compensation & an annual bonus not tied to hours benchmark.

• Hybrid working model with 4 days in office.

• Licensed in NY, DC, or CA.

• Relocations welcome.
