As a Field Service Technician, you will be able to apply mechanical and electrical knowledge across various industries. You'll act as a key resource for our customers by providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services on our heavy capital equipment. But it doesn't stop there. What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Willingness to Travel 100%


• Valid Driver’s license


• Experience with Mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment


• Customer Service – Providing hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.


• Technical Abilities – Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.


• Dependability – Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.


• Attention to Detail – Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.


• Collaboration – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.
