Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate

Evercrest Group is expanding our team in Las Vegas, NV and is currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate to support our growing event marketing and promotional campaigns.

This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in event marketing, customer engagement, brand promotion, and leadership development. You’ll work directly with customers at live events and promotional campaigns while learning how successful marketing initiatives are executed from start to finish.

No extensive marketing experience is required. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are eager to learn, work with people, and grow within a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and promotional activations


• Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness and create positive experiences


• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and campaign offerings


• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face interactions


• Assist with event materials, displays, promotional setups, and campaign logistics


• Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication, presentation, and marketing skills


• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, customer engagement, campaign performance, and leadership


• Track customer interactions, campaign results, and daily performance goals


• Take on additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
