Essential Duties of the job:

• Manage the Branch and pour into your team - they want to grow!


• Work with your team to grow your branch and provide outstanding customer service - it's why our customers love us!


• Support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements - if you know you know.


• Communicate. Really well.


• Actively participate in community outreach and service opportunities - it's so fulfilling!

Education/Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in related field preferred


• Minimum of three (3) years of banking experience


• Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience


• Strong leadership skills
