  • Coordinate qualified referrals for commercial lending, mortgage lending, HELOC, investment center, personal banking and employee banking opportunities.

  • Conduct relationship reviews that consider deposit, cash management, credit needs, owner and employee personal banking needs and overall relationship depth.

  • Work closely with internal partners to provide customers with a full array of business and personal banking solutions.

  • Track calling activity, deposit opportunities, cash management opportunities, referrals, account openings and follow-up activity.

  • Represent and promote the Bank at community events, networking functions, business organizations and other business development activities.

  • Help develop and implement business development strategies consistent with the Bank’s goals.

  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable banking laws, regulations and Bank policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout the Metro Milwaukee area. Mileage reimbursement is included.

Education & Experience
