What You May Be Doing:

• Operating manufacturing and production equipment


• Reading blueprints, drawings, and work instructions


• Performing part inspections and quality checks


• Using precision measuring instruments


• Loading materials and monitoring machine performance


• Troubleshooting equipment and production issues


• Maintaining production and quality records


• Supporting continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives


• Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ideal Background:

We are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• CNC machining


• Metal fabrication


• Laser cutting


• Press brake operation


• Manufacturing or production environments


• Blueprint reading


• Precision measuring tools


• Quality control and inspection


• Mechanical troubleshooting


• Forklift operation


• Welding or fabrication support


• Industrial manufacturing equipment

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred


• Ability to read measuring tools and technical drawings


• Strong attention to quality and detail


• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift


• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and material handling


• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and varying temperatures


• Ability to work overtime when production demands require it
