The Billings Catholic Schools Foundation is hiring a full-time President in Billings, MT, to lead philanthropic fundraising, build donor relationships, and provide strategic and organizational leadership.

Role Overview

· Position: President (Chief Executive / Senior Development Leader)

· Location: Billings, MT

· Status: Full-Time, Exempt

· Goal: Lead fundraising and community outreach to build lasting financial support for Billings Catholic Schools.

Key Responsibilities

· Fundraising: Cultivate and secure major gifts, planned giving, annual donations, and grants.

· Community Engagement: Serve as the public face of the Foundation and build strong ties with alumni, donors, and parishes.

· Strategic Leadership: Work with the Board of Directors and Billings Catholic Schools leadership to establish strategic priorities and translate them into measurable plans and results.

· Staff Management: Direct and support Foundation staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

· Financial Stewardship: Oversee the annual budget, investments, and database integrity.
