Solution Architect ( GCP & Databricks ) / GCP Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer – Data & Analytics Platforms to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. In this role, you'll translate product and business needs into scalable, end-to-end technical solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality data and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into technical solution designs.


• Design end-to-end architectures for data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and reporting.


• Evaluate solution feasibility, platform readiness, and technical dependencies.


• Define scalable architectures using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and platform teams throughout the solution lifecycle.


• Identify technical risks, estimate solution complexity, and recommend delivery approaches.


• Support agile delivery by providing architectural guidance and refining solution designs as implementation evolves.


• Establish and maintain solution design standards and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience designing data and analytics solutions using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Hands-on knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and analytics platforms.


• Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures.


• Understanding of scalable, production-grade data solutions and modern data architecture patterns.


• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.


• Knowledge of advanced analytics or data science workflows.


• Experience supporting multiple business domains or large-scale data portfolios.
