Director, Strategic Finance - PE Backed Industrials

Madison Hunt is running a Director of Finance search for a fast-scaling, sponsor-backed power infrastructure platform riding the grid buildout wave. The company serves utilities, data centers, and renewable developers in a supply-constrained market, and is scaling fast through new service lines and add-on M&A.

The Director will report directly to the CFO, owning FP&A, lender reporting, and the analytical work behind capital allocation and M&A, with real exposure to the CEO, board, and sponsor. This is a build seat, not a maintenance role.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or corporate development/M&A


• Strong financial modeling capability, with the ability to build and own an operating model, not just work off a template


• Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or quality of earnings work a plus


• PE-backed company or transaction advisory background a plus


• Comfort with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and treasury/liquidity work
