Quantitative Business Strategist - HFT Prop Firm

We're hiring for one of the most established HFT prop firms in the US. They're adding a business strategist to the team that grows new trading desks and develops the firm's next generation of talent.

This is a business role inside a trading firm. You'll help decide where the firm grows next and how new teams get set up to succeed.

What you'll do

• Analyse the performance of desks and new trading teams, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations


• Help assess and set up new trading pods, from first conversations to launch


• Support the firm's talent program for high-potential researchers and traders


• Work directly with senior leadership on firm-wide projects

What they're looking for

• 2–5 years at a top strategy consulting firm, or in a strategy role in finance or tech


• Strong numbers skills. You're comfortable with data, and Python or SQL is a plus


• Clear, structured thinking and the confidence to work with senior traders


• Genuine interest in trading and markets. No trading experience needed
