Landscaping Sales Estimator

We are a quickly growing company that specializes in mainly Landscape Construction, but we also do many drainage remediation/storm water management and some landscape design projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the landscape construction industry. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, management experience, and a proven track record in B2C sales, territory management, and customer relationship management. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in marketing, technology sales, and negotiation to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer service.

OTE is $100,000.00+ due to the size jobs we do. Position offers uncapped OTE. We will not hire someone without extensive experience in landscape construction sales. Base salary is $75k + 3% commission for every job sold, with bonus commission after a $1M sales milestone per year. Commissions are paid upon receipt of sale from customer.

Responsibilities

• Sales


• Project site visits


• Reviewing contracts & writing crew schedules


• Communication with crew Foreman & company management


• Notifying owner/manager when equipment is broken or needs work


• Snow work operations management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the landscape construction & landscaping (must have both).


• Proven hands-on field experience with landscape construction and landscaping.


• Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory or team operations.


• Exceptional customer service abilities coupled with effective communication skills for product demos and client interactions.


• Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to B2C environments and technology-driven sales approaches.
