Anaplan Senior Manager, Workforce Planning

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a global consultancy to add a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning to the Anaplan team within their EPM practice. This is a client-facing delivery leadership role for a consultant who has led multiple end-to-end workforce planning implementations.

About the Role

The Senior Manager will lead workforce planning implementations from design through go-live, partnering with client Finance, HR, and operational leaders while managing multiple engagements and leading delivery teams. The client is open to candidates with implementation experience in Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Planful, or a comparable platform. Depth in workforce planning beyond headcount, including call center planning and scenario planning, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workforce planning implementations covering headcount, hiring, attrition, compensation, call center planning, scenario planning, and workforce cost forecasting


• Serve as the primary client-facing lead and point of escalation for design decisions


• Manage multiple concurrent client projects and lead delivery teams of Solution Architects and Model Builders


• Ensure models are scalable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise planning standards


• Deliver executive-ready workforce insights and reporting to client stakeholders


• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement after go-live

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, FP&A, HR planning, or finance transformation


• Client-facing consulting or professional services experience


• Multiple end-to-end workforce planning implementations using Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Planful, or a similar platform


• Functional expertise beyond headcount, such as call center planning, scenario planning, and workforce cost modeling


• Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading delivery teams


• Strong executive stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Planful certifications


• Experience cross-training into Anaplan from another planning platform

Position Details

• Compensation: Up to $230,000
