My client is looking for a sales leader with experience in light engineering B2B sales.

This will be a Branch Manager level role as they open up a new location in the Memphis area to add to their national coverage.

It is anticipated that you would lead a team of around 4-6 outside sales people as well as 2-4 inside sales people who support them.

You will be responsible for the Branch P&L as well providing guidance, leadership and training to your team.

Historically, my client has had success selling in to Tier 2 and Tier 3 OEM's but they're not committed to this segment if you can offer up an alternative that can also work.

You absolutely must have
