Real Estate Associate

A leading real estate law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate with approximately 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience to join its growing New York practice.

This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters while gaining meaningful exposure across different areas of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background and be comfortable working across multiple types of commercial real estate matters rather than being narrowly specialized.

Key areas may include:

• Commercial real estate transactions


• Real estate finance and lending


• Leasing and landlord representation


• Landlord/tenant matters


• General real estate transactions

The firm offers a collaborative environment with significant hands-on responsibility, direct exposure to sophisticated matters, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility over time. Associates are also supported in developing client relationships and expanding their practices.

Ideal Background:

• 4-6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience


• Broad exposure to general real estate matters


• Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills


• Ability to work independently and take initiative


• Strong interest in long-term professional and client development


• Admission to the New York Bar required / JD is a plus
