Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and maintain systems lines delivery, installation services, and commissioning schedules as directed by the Project Management lead
  • Manage project timeline estimates, stakeholder assignments, contractual constraints, and shipment logistics
  • Prepare and submit service quotations for review and approval, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Execute Systems Lines maintenance contract activity and billable interventions as scheduled, ensuring timely completion and documentation
  • Support customers by scheduling and dispatching Field Service Technician assignments while tracking repair progress through SAP
  • Identify, document and escalate all systems lines malfunctions to the technical services team
  • Coordinate and attend regular meetings with customers, internal departments, and HQ to support business alignment with customer expectations
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales and Logistics department to ensure up-to-date progress on project activity
  • Other duties as assigned by manager



Qualifications


  • Associate degree or Technical Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual in Italian is a plus!



Technical Skills


  • Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination, service team support, or production planning
  • Minimum 2 years with woodworking with the following applications - CNC machining, 5-axis, edgebanding, sizing, milling, and/or drilling
  • Experience in reading machine plant layout
  • Prior experience with Salesforce for Service or similar CRM platform
  • Experience using MS Project
  • Working knowledge of CAD/CAM
