• Originate and lead M&A, financing, and strategic advisory engagements.

• Develop relationships with CEOs, CFOs, boards, investors, and sponsors.

• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, refinancing initiatives, and strategic alternatives.

• Lead transactions from pitch through closing.

• Mentor junior bankers and help grow the practice.
