Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that customers love? Our Client is looking for a CX Lead to drive customer journey optimization, digital innovation, and impactful CX initiatives across web and eCommerce.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead digital customer experience initiatives from strategy through execution.


• Optimize customer journeys using UX best practices, journey mapping, and behavioral analytics.


• Partner with UX, marketing, content, analytics, and product teams to improve engagement and conversion.


• Manage multiple CX projects, timelines, workstreams, and stakeholder communications.


• Support digital tools, personalization, CRO, and continuous experience improvement.

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of experience in CX, UX, digital marketing, digital operations, CRM, or related fields.


• Proven success leading digital initiatives from concept to delivery.


• Strong customer journey mapping, UX, analytics, and project management skills.


• Experience with CMS, CRM, MarTech, eCommerce, or digital analytics platforms.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
