Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Medina, OH

Work Structure: 5 Days Onsite

Compensation: $100K-$110K base + bonus

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the primary finance partner at a manufacturing facility. This individual-contributor role works closely with plant leadership while remaining connected to the broader corporate finance organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Own recurring budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the manufacturing site.


• Analyze plant results across production volume, labor, inventory, materials, supply chain and operating costs.


• Prepare variance explanations and translate financial results into actions for plant leadership.


• Support month-end reporting, operating reviews and financial planning activities.


• Spend time on the plant floor to understand operating processes, cost drivers and performance opportunities.


• Partner with manufacturing, production, inventory, materials and supply chain colleagues on business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least three years of financial planning and analysis, manufacturing finance or related operational finance experience.


• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.


• Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to explain findings clearly.


• Comfort working directly with plant leaders and employees across operating functions.


• Ability to work onsite in Medina five days per week.


• Experience supporting a manufacturing plant or other asset-intensive operation.


• Exposure to standard costing, inventory analysis, labor efficiency or product-cost analysis.


• Experience with Power BI or a major enterprise resource planning platform.
