Dynamiq, a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Comfort Solutions, combines the resources and stability of the 50-Year Total Comfort organization with the expanded offering of the Dynamiq brand. We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and grow our Charlotte operation. This is an opportunity for an experienced service-business leader who is energized by building high-performing teams, developing people, growing market share and delivering measurable business results.

Our Charlotte operation has a strong foundation and significantly untapped growth potential. We are looking for a GM who can turn that potential into performance — growing the business responsibly and profitably while building a team known for exceptional service.

You'll have the resources, established processes and support of Total Comfort Solutions behind you. We need a leader who can execute within a proven system, develop people and build upon a strong foundation to take the Charlotte operation to its next level.

What You'll Be Expected to Accomplish

As General Manager, you will lead the overall performance and growth of the Charlotte operation, across operations, administration, sales and project management.

• Grow market share and the maintenance base through strong business development, sales leadership and customer retention.


• Lead operational and project execution, ensuring quality, accountability and exceptional client service.

• Execute established company processes and standards and hold the organization accountable for consistent execution.


• Build trusted relationships with clients, business owners, executive leadership and the Charlotte business community.

What You'll Bring

• 7-10 years of demonstrated success in relevant service-related industries, along with a bachelor's degree related to the role.


• Proven success leading and managing a growing $10M+ service-related business or business unit, with P&L accountability.


• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams across operations, administration, sales and project management.


• Verifiable success in business development, sales and profitable market growth.


• Experience developing trusted partnerships with business owners, C-suite leaders and key clients.


• Strong knowledge of building performance, building systems and predictive technology; experience may come from commercial HVAC or another technically complex service environment with transferable knowledge.


• Proven ability to lead within established operating processes and standards and hold teams accountable for execution.
