Trading & Onboarding Consultant

Join a dynamic organization as a Trading & Onboarding Consultant, supporting financial advisors and internal trading teams during a critical transition to a new platform. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technological change within the financial services industry.
Top 5 Required Skills:

• Experience in financial services or trading operations (2+ years)


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to learn and explain complex workflows clearly


• Attention to detail in data review and issue resolution


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading platforms

• Familiarity with Advisor360, or similar trading platforms


• Knowledge of model management and portfolio rebalancing workflows


• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (active or expired)


• Support experience during platform conversions and onboarding


• Experience with QA/UAT testing and defect tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred


• Prior experience supporting advisors or trading teams in a financial organization
