? WHO WE ARE

The Agency is a Chicagoland manufacturers' rep firm. We sell and market electrical and lighting products to the industrial, commercial, and residential markets across Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Northwest Indiana. We work hard and have a great team!

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

✅ Own the inside sales process: quote ➡️ purchase order ➡️ shipping confirmation

✅ Build quotes and follow up on open quotes and new leads

✅ Enter orders, process returns, and keep our data clean

✅ Answer customer calls and emails with speed and professionalism

✅ Coordinate projects between customers, factories, and our outside sales team

✅ Build customer relationships that last

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

? Electrical industry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

? Great phone manner and strong communication skills

?️ Highly organized, a pro at juggling priorities

? Works well independently AND as part of a team

? A sense of humor. This one's non-negotiable.
