Scope of Services

We are seeking supplemental technical resources to support a large-scale laptop and tablet deployment project in the New York City area. Resources will be responsible for device configuration, provisioning, testing, quality assurance, and deployment preparation in accordance with documented procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The scope of work will include the setup, configuration, provisioning, and testing of laptop and tablet devices. All tasks must be performed in accordance with established project documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Verify hardware devices and confirm they match project specifications.
• Validate that all required accessories, components, and peripherals are included with each device.
• Perform initial power-on testing and verify hardware functionality.
• Install and configure approved operating systems, software applications, and device images.
• Execute all provisioning activities according to documented deployment procedures and customer requirements.
• Apply asset tags and inventory labeling as required.
• Perform approved device identification and engraving processes when applicable.
• Conduct all required testing, validation, and quality assurance checks.
• Package and prepare completed devices for shipment or deployment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow documented processes precisely, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the provisioning and deployment lifecycle.
