Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Zeeland, MI. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing customer accounts, and promoting Artex’s custom label solutions across a range of industries. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The Salesperson will maintain regular communication with clients, provide product guidance, and resolve issues to support long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with production, design, and customer service teams to deliver solutions that align with client brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed growth targets.


• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.


• Customer service orientation with skills in problem-solving, follow-up, and managing client expectations.


• Basic understanding of printing, packaging, or manufacturing processes, or willingness to learn industry-specific products and workflows.


• Ability to work on-site in Zeeland, MI, manage a territory, and travel locally to visit customers as needed.


• Proficiency with CRM software and common office tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) for tracking leads and opportunities.


• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Prior experience in B2B sales, labeling, packaging, or related industries is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus.
